This is the Officialness page. It's meant to allow club officers an easy place to find the stuff they need to run the club and satisfy department requirements.

Officialness Category
It would be best to use the search option to find anything specific, as most of these posts are tagged. This category is a repository of all the things related to running the club, and some other leftover things and/or decisions made by the Club Administration.

Archive: All files pertaining to the Club, like a USB drive of all the files
[NCDA] - Where the League mooches on our server space. (no longer needed, will be deleted eventually)
[Club-Admin] - Seasonal paperwork, Club Sports stuff, Blank forms, etc.
[Media] - All media/image related stuff. Original's should be in [Media] regardless, but some images may cross over into another directory if needed; i.e. an event poster might be found in that event's [Club-Admin > Seasonal] folder.

Club Administration:
Club Constitution - A Constitution of Balls and Dodging
Guidelines - Graphic and Policy Standard of Chaos
Club Sports Forms - Blank Forms, in compliance with DePaul Dodgeball's graphic identity standards.
Inventory - [GDOC] A global listing of Club possessions, updated within the same document regardless of year.

Budget 2011 - We're open source for most things.
